After 5 new hires in 2022 that did not work out, we expanded our options and started networking. A few weeks later we were connected with S. from ClearView Communities, in early 2023.
S. asked a few questions about our staffing goals and business, and let us know based on the information provided she would look for a good fit. She provided information about the program, and a day or two later organized a face to face “interview” with E., herself and a potential candidate.
