About Our Residents

Residential treatment at ClearView Communities tends to be most effective for people who have experienced shorter-term residential care in the past, and are looking to engage in psychosocial rehabilitation through community integration. Potential candidates must enter our program voluntarily, and be willing to engage in the psychiatric treatment provided at ClearView Communities. We generally treat young adults, with the average age of our residents being between 20-35 years old.

Conditions treated may include:

  • Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective and other Related Illnesses
  • Bipolar Disorder and Mood Illnesses
  • Major Depression and Related Illnesses
  • Anxiety and Related Illnesses
  • Failure to Launch
  • ADHD/ADD

*Personality Disorders and co-occurring Substance Abuse Disorders are considered on a case-by-case basis, but must not be the primary area of concern.
