Steven Love is the Facilities Manager at ClearView Communities, a residential mental health treatment program for young adults in Frederick, Maryland. Since joining the organization in 2017 as IT Coordinator, he has supported the development and maintenance of the technical and physical infrastructure that ensures safe, secure, and effective residential treatment environments for individuals receiving mental health care.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University in 2013. His background in business operations, information technology, and facilities coordination supports his role in managing both physical plant operations and organizational systems within a behavioral health setting.

In his role as Facilities Manager, Steven oversees facility maintenance, IT systems coordination, safety operations, and infrastructure support across ClearView Communities’ residential homes and program spaces. He plays a key role in ensuring that all facilities are fully operational, compliant, and optimized to support young adults receiving treatment for serious mental illness within a structured, therapeutic residential environment.

Our mission is to create a superior therapeutic residential experience for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We offer a unique and comprehensive program for adults who are seeking recovery and independent living in the community.
