Insurance Information

The Residential Program at ClearView Communities works with a variety of insurance plans and coverage options.

In-Network Insurance Providers
  • Aetna
  • Carelon Behavioral Health
  • Wellpoint
Out-of-Network Insurance Providers
  • CareFirst (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia)
  • BCBS Federal Employee Program
For CareFirst and BCBS Federal Employee Program members, we can bill insurance directly on your behalf when services are authorized. Any applicable co-pays, deductibles, and/or co-insurance are due at the time of admission.
All Other Insurance Plans
  • We are unable to bill these insurance companies directly.
  • We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If we are not currently in-network with your insurance provider, we encourage you to contact our Admissions Team to discuss your coverage options, including the possibility of a single case agreement. We are happy to help you understand your benefits and explore available pathways to treatment.

*We are not able to work with Medicaid or Medicare.

Our Residential Mental Health Treatment Program costs $22,500 per month. The Supported Living program costs $4,500 per month and is approved on a case-by-case basis, following successful completion of the program.

*These rates are effective December 1, 2024.
