Sheila Ervin is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical with extensive experience in community mental health, school-based social work, supervision, and private practice therapy. She brings more than 25 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, crisis intervention, and complex behavioral health needs, with a focus on trauma-informed and evidence-based care.
Sheila earned her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in May 1997 and holds active clinical licenses in Maryland and Washington, D.C., with previous licensure in Illinois and Colorado. Her postgraduate training includes additional studies at Trinity University and Adams State University. She is also a Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Sheila worked across community mental health systems, school social work settings, supervisory roles, and private practice clinical care. She currently serves in leadership with the Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse (JCADA), where she has held the role of Clinical Liaison and now serves as Vice President, supporting advocacy and clinical leadership efforts focused on trauma and domestic violence.
