Victoria Kiphart, LCSW-C
Admissions and Disposition Manager
With ClearView Communities Since 2017
Victoria Kiphart, LCSW-C, is the Admissions and Disposition Manager at ClearView Communities. She specializes in behavioral health admissions, level-of-care assessment, care coordination, and psychiatric referral management for individuals seeking residential treatment for serious mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
Victoria originally joined ClearView Communities in 2017 as a live-in recovery coach and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Senior House Manager and Education and Volunteering Coordinator. During this time, she gained extensive experience in residential treatment operations, community integration programming, and young adult behavioral health support while completing her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Denver in 2020.
Following licensure, Victoria worked as a psychiatric social worker in acute care hospital settings, including the emergency department and behavioral health units at Sibley Memorial Hospital and the admissions unit at Springfield Hospital. She returned to ClearView Communities in 2021 as an individual and group therapist, bringing both inpatient psychiatric experience and residential treatment expertise to her clinical work. In her current role as Admissions Manager, she oversees intake coordination, clinical admissions screening, and referral partnerships to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care for young adults entering residential mental health treatment.
