With ClearView Communities Since 2020
Sarina Sofia, MS, is the Program Manager at ClearView Communities, where she provides leadership and oversight for residential mental health treatment services for young adults. She brings extensive experience in residential treatment, behavioral health supervision, community integration, and recovery-oriented programming for individuals experiencing serious mental illness.
Sarina joined ClearView Communities in August 2020 as a Recovery Coach and quickly became a key member of the residential treatment team. In February 2022, she was promoted to Senior House Manager, where she oversaw operations of an off-campus residential home and supported a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment aligned with residents’ individualized treatment plans and recovery goals. Her experience in residential leadership provides a strong foundation for her current role as Program Manager.
Sarina earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University in May 2019 and later completed her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hood College in 2026. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, she worked as a Residential Counselor at The Jefferson School until its closure, supporting youth in a structured residential treatment setting.
