Sarina Sofia, MS, is a Senior House Manager at ClearView Communities. She specializes in residential treatment support, behavioral health supervision, daily structure implementation, and recovery-oriented programming for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within a structured therapeutic environment.
Sarina joined ClearView Communities in August 2020 as a Recovery Coach and quickly became a key member of the residential treatment team. In February 2022, she was promoted to Senior House Manager, where she oversees operations of an off-campus residential home, ensuring safety, consistency, and clinical support aligned with individualized treatment plans and recovery goals.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University in May 2019 and later completed her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hood College in 2026. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Sarina worked as a Residential Counselor at The Jefferson School until its closure, where she supported youth in a structured residential treatment setting. Her background in adolescent and young adult residential care informs her strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to supporting stability, independence, and long-term recovery.
