Samantha Williams, BA, is a Career Development Specialist at ClearView Communities. She specializes in career development, supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, and community integration services for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within structured residential treatment settings. Samantha also cultivates relationships with community partners and local businesses to create employment and volunteer opportunities that support our residents’ growth, independence, and engagement.
Samantha joined ClearView Communities in 2016 as a Recovery Coach and later advanced into providing quality Psychiatric Rehabilitation services to the youth in Frederick County. In 2022, she transitioned into the Community Integration team, where she currently serves as a Career Development Specialist, helping residents build job readiness skills, explore vocational interests, and successfully transition into meaningful employment.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from Hood College in 2015. In addition to her work at ClearView Communities, she has experience as an Activities Aide in a rehabilitation and nursing home setting and as a Direct Care Counselor providing therapeutic activities to struggling youth in Frederick County. Her diverse background in direct care and behavioral health informs her strengths-based approach to employment support and community reintegration.
