Samantha Williams, BA, is the Community Integration Manager at ClearView Communities, where she leads community-based services that help young adults with serious mental illness develop greater independence, meaningful connections, and successful participation in the community. She specializes in community integration, psychiatric rehabilitation, supported employment, career development, vocational support, and independent living skills.
Samantha joined ClearView Communities in 2016 as a Recovery Coach and later advanced into providing psychiatric rehabilitation services to youth in Frederick County. In 2022, she joined the Community Integration team as a Career Development Specialist, supporting residents with job readiness, vocational exploration, employment, volunteer opportunities, and community participation. In her current role as Community Integration Manager, she provides leadership for community integration programming and cultivates relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for residents.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from Hood College in 2015. Prior to and alongside her work at ClearView Communities, she gained experience as an Activities Aide in a rehabilitation and nursing home setting and as a Direct Care Counselor providing therapeutic activities to youth in Frederick County. Her background in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and direct care informs her strengths-based approach to helping young adults build skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful lives in the community.
