Her academic background supports her expertise in strategic communications, healthcare marketing, and relationship development within behavioral health and education-based service organizations.
Prior to joining ClearView Communities in 2024, Olga served for five years as Director of Admissions and Outreach at Fusion Academy Rockville, a non-traditional private middle and high school supporting students with mental health needs and neurodivergence. She also brings seven years of experience in hospitality digital marketing, where she developed expertise in digital strategy, brand growth, and client engagement. In her role at ClearView Communities, she builds partnerships with referral sources, educational consultants, psychiatrists, and behavioral health providers to expand access to residential treatment services for young adults in need of structured clinical care and community integration.
