Dr. Michael J. Brown, MD is a Psychiatrist at ClearView Communities. Dr. Brown studied Cognitive Science and Reproductive Biology at Johns Hopkins University. He then studied the neuropathology of Autism in a research laboratory at Boston University before entering medical school at Drexel University, where he also worked in a neuropathology laboratory. He trained in Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital and is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Brown has extensive experience in treating severe mental illnesses including Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. He is also the director of the Maryland Anxiety and Depression Treatment Center.

Our mission is to create a superior therapeutic residential experience for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We offer a unique and comprehensive program for adults who are seeking recovery and independent living in the community.
