Megan McNeece, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP, is an Occupational Therapist at ClearView Communities. She specializes in occupational therapy for mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, independent living skills development, and functional recovery for individuals experiencing serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions, including attention-deficit and executive functioning challenges.
Megan joined ClearView Communities in December 2021 and brings more than 19 years of occupational therapy experience across acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in 2002, graduating cum laude. Her clinical background includes extensive work in neurorehabilitation, trauma care, and psychiatric occupational therapy.
Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Megan worked at the University of Maryland Medical Center Shock Trauma Center, where she specialized in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. She later joined Frederick Health Hospital, where she developed and implemented the Behavioral Health Unit Occupational Therapy program, strengthening her passion for mental health occupational therapy. Megan utilizes a client-centered approach, focusing on “skills for the job of living” to help individuals build meaningful routines, improve independence, and achieve long-term recovery.
