Marcia Gobble is a Facilities Associate at ClearView Communities. She joined the organization in February 2025 and supports the maintenance of safe, clean, and therapeutic living environments for individuals receiving treatment for serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs.

Marcia brings more than 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance across Maryland, with a strong background in building upkeep, safety standards, and environmental maintenance within residential and institutional settings. Her work helps ensure that ClearView Communities’ residential homes and program spaces remain functional, welcoming, and supportive of recovery-focused care.

In her role, Marcia contributes to daily facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, addressing maintenance needs, and supporting overall environmental quality. Her commitment to creating well-maintained spaces plays an important role in promoting stability, comfort, and safety for young adults participating in residential mental health treatment.

Our mission is to create a superior therapeutic residential experience for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We offer a unique and comprehensive program for adults who are seeking recovery and independent living in the community.
