Lindsay Nuttle is a Senior House Manager at ClearView Communities. She specializes in residential treatment support, behavioral health supervision, daily structure development, and recovery-oriented care for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within a therapeutic community setting.
Lindsay joined ClearView Communities in 2017 as a Recovery Coach and brought prior residential care experience supporting children and adolescents in structured treatment environments. In October 2025, she was promoted to Senior House Manager, where she oversees operations of a residential home, ensuring safety, consistency, and clinical support aligned with each resident’s individualized treatment plan.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Frostburg State University in 2014. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Lindsay worked at The Jefferson School as a Residential Counselor, where she supervised youth in a residential treatment setting. Her background in residential care across both adolescent and young adult populations informs her strengths-based approach to supporting stability, skill-building, and recovery.
