Justin Ridenour is a Senior House Manager at ClearView Communities, bringing approximately 10 years of experience in the mental health and human services fields. His professional background includes working across a variety of care settings, from total-care programs to residential services, supporting individuals with diverse disabilities, behavioral health needs, and diagnoses.
Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Justin held leadership and medication coordination roles with Sheppard Pratt, including serving as a Program Supervisor and Medication Coordinator. Through these roles, he developed extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, coordinating care, overseeing residential programming, and helping create safe, structured environments that promote stability and quality of life.
Justin is also a longtime volunteer and community partner with the Special Olympics, reflecting his commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusion and meaningful community participation. At ClearView Communities, he brings his broad human services experience to residential leadership and the day-to-day support of young adults working toward greater independence and recovery.
