She earned her studies in Public Relations from the University of Virginia in 2012 and has built a diverse career supporting individuals in employment services, recruitment, and organizational workforce systems.
Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Jessica worked as an Employment Development Specialist with ResCare Workforce Services in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where she supported job seekers in career readiness and placement. She later transitioned into human resources roles, including Recruiter for CSAAC in 2019 and HR Coordinator for Cielo Inc. in 2023. Her combined experience in workforce development and HR allows her to effectively support young adults as they build skills, confidence, and pathways toward meaningful employment and long-term independence.
