Jeni has been with ClearView Communities since July 2012. As the Operations Director she is responsible for managing human resources, facilities, maintenance, and aspects of the financial reconciliation processes. Prior to ClearView she provided emergency crisis services, as well as clinical and administrative support in a traditional hospital setting. She has also worked in outpatient practice and provided mobile therapeutic services for children and families.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Social Work and Criminology, as well as a Master of Arts in Thanatology, both from Hood College.
