Danielle White, BA, is a Senior House Manager at ClearView Communities. She specializes in residential treatment supervision, behavioral health support, crisis response, and structured daily living environments for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within a community-based therapeutic setting. Danielle also played a key leadership role in ClearView’s LIFT (Learning Independence for Tomorrow) program, which focused on independent living skills development and recovery-oriented growth.
Danielle joined ClearView Communities in 2017 as a Recovery Coach and quickly advanced into leadership roles due to her experience in behavioral health education and residential care. She has served as Senior House Manager since 2017, overseeing multiple off-campus residential homes and ensuring safe, structured, and clinically supportive environments that promote stability and independence for young adults in treatment.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Robert Morris University in 2013. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Danielle worked at The Jefferson School as an Educational Treatment Assistant, where she supported students in classroom settings, provided crisis intervention, and assisted with instructional support. Her background in education and residential treatment informs her strengths-based, structured approach to behavioral health care and youth development.
