Caroline Cantrell, LCSW-C, is the Executive Director of ClearView Communities, a residential mental health treatment program for young adults in Frederick, Maryland. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude. Caroline holds advanced clinical social work licenses in both Maryland and South Carolina.

Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Caroline served for 11 years as Director of Assessment at The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health, a 112-bed private psychiatric hospital in South Carolina. In this role, she collaborated with hospitals, providers, and community partners while supporting statewide initiatives aimed at improving access to mental health services.

Caroline joined ClearView Communities as Clinical Director in 2012 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2019. With more than 25 years of behavioral healthcare experience, she remains dedicated to advancing residential treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and community-integrated care for young adults living with serious mental illness and complex psychiatric conditions.
