Cameron Loadwick is a Senior House Manager at ClearView Communities. He specializes in residential treatment operations, behavioral health support, crisis stabilization assistance, and daily living structure for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within a community-based residential setting.
Cameron joined ClearView Communities in the fall of 2021 as a Recovery Coach and advanced into leadership through his strong experience in direct care and residential programming. In February 2025, he was promoted to Senior House Manager, where he oversees day-to-day operations of one of the on-campus residential homes, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that supports recovery and independence.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology degree from DePaul University in 2020. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, Cameron worked at Hargrove Hospital as a Mental Health Specialist, where he gained experience supporting individuals in acute psychiatric care settings. His background in inpatient mental health care and residential treatment informs his leadership approach in supporting young adults in recovery.
