Brianna Eskew, BA, is a Career Development Specialist at ClearView Communities. She specializes in career development, supported employment, community integration, vocational rehabilitation, and life skills support for individuals experiencing serious mental illness within a structured residential treatment setting.

Brianna joined ClearView Communities in 2023 as a Recovery Coach and transitioned into the Community Integration team in 2024, where she currently serves as an Employment Specialist. In this role, she supports young adults in developing vocational skills, securing employment opportunities, and building confidence as they transition toward greater independence and community participation.

Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Crime and Society from Shepherd University in May 2024. During her academic career, she completed an internship at a law firm, which contributed to her interest in helping individuals navigate systems, overcome barriers, and successfully reintegrate into the community through meaningful employment and recovery-focused support.
