Danielle White, BA
Residential Director
With ClearView Communities Since 2017
Danielle White, BA, is the Residential Director at ClearView Communities, where she provides leadership and oversight for residential mental health treatment and community-based services for young adults with serious mental illness. With extensive experience in residential treatment operations, behavioral health support, crisis response, and independent living skills development, Danielle is dedicated to creating safe, structured, and supportive environments that promote recovery, stability, and greater independence.
Danielle joined ClearView Communities in 2017 as a Recovery Coach and quickly advanced into residential leadership. She became a Senior House Manager in 2017, overseeing multiple off-campus residential homes and supporting consistent, recovery-oriented care across ClearView Communities residential program. She also played a key leadership role in the LIFT (Learning Independence for Tomorrow) program, which focuses on developing independent living skills and preparing young adults for greater autonomy. Her experience across residential operations and community-based programming provides a strong foundation for her current role as Residential Director.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Robert Morris University in 2013. Prior to joining ClearView Communities, she worked at The Jefferson School as an Educational Treatment Assistant, supporting students in classroom settings, responding to crisis situations, and providing instructional support.
