Lindsay graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in May 2014. She worked at The Jefferson School as a Residential Counselor supervising children in a residential setting. She began working at ClearView Communities as a Recovery Coach in April 2017, and became a Senior House Manager in October 2025.
