Katie Lentz, LCSW-C, joined the ClearView Communities team as Admissions Manager in August 2021. Katie graduated from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2012. She then obtained her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work in 2015. She currently holds a clinical license in Social Work in Maryland and is a board-approved supervisor for those seeking clinical licensure.

Katie has experience in multiple treatment settings to include outpatient therapy, inpatient hospital care, as well as residential facilities for both mental health and substance use disorders. Prior to coming to ClearView, she spent 5 years as a social worker on the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at Frederick Health Hospital and developed a passion for working with individuals with severe mental illness. In this role, she often partnered with ClearView for coordination of care before finally joining the team. In her role as Admissions Manager, she uses her knowledge of resources to help people find appropriate care for themselves or a loved one.

Our mission is to create a superior therapeutic residential experience for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We offer a unique and comprehensive program for adults who are seeking recovery and independent living in the community.
