Operations Director

Jennifer Heimbuch is ClearView’s Operations Manager and has been with ClearView Communities since July 2012. Jennifer attended Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Social Work and Criminology. She also attended graduate school at Hood College and received her Master of Arts in Thanatology.

Jennifer is responsible for managing all physical plant operations and Human Resource functions of the organization. She plays an important role in setting up new offices and group homes.
