Our warm and welcoming residences are each unique, offering a comfortable home environment designed to promote healing and help residents adapt to independent living in a non-institutional setting.
This is residential living in modern, furnished quarters complete with fully equipped kitchens and linens. Residents just need to bring clothing, toiletries, and personal items.
Private Rooms & Relaxing Outdoor Space
ClearView Communities residences are all within five minutes of our downtown Frederick office, where resident’s treatment and therapy sessions are held. Our beautifully restored 1880’s brick home and our tastefully renovated suburban homes are non-locked facilities with private rooms, fine furnishings, inviting common areas and well-maintained outdoor space. The gardens and landscaped courtyard are restful places to relax, share conversation and enjoy fresh air.
